  2. The WIL.HLP file is a Windows help file.  To use it, run the
  3. WINHELP.EXE application and then open the WIL.HLP file.
  4.  
  5. You may wish to make a Program Manager icon that will start it directly,
  6. and add the HLP to the extensions section of the WIN.INI file, as in
  7.    [Extensions]
  8.    HLP=WINHELP.EXE ^.HLP
  9.  
  10. If you use Command Post, File Commander, or any other product that uses
  11. menus, you may wish to add a new menu item called WIL HELP as in
  12.  
  13.    &WIL Help
  14.             DirChange("C:\HELP")   ;Assuming you put the help file in here
  15.             Run("winhelp.exe","WIL.HLP")
